I was telling a couple of young guys I know that once there was this guy who used to advertize in the Western Producer about growing tobbacco. Seems to me it was back in the 80's. He claimed it was perfectly legal to grow if for your own use.
Anyway these two young guys are all gung-ho to grow some...say it can't be any harder than growing dope!!! And they've been there, done that!
Now they need to know where they can buy some seed? And I got elected to ask on the internet.
