    Attn: all former Netkaster satellite broadband clients. Effective July 1, Netkaster customers south of the 60th parallel have been switched to Xplornet. Xplornet's traffic management (read: "throttling") policies are vastly different from Netkaster's on the Telesat KA ITMP see: http://www.xplornet.com/legal/telesat-ka-itmp.aspx If you have noticed a significant decline in your service, you are encouraged to register a complaint with the commissioner for complaints for telecommunications services (CCTS) http://www.ccts-cprst.ca/ as soon as possible.

      Ya don't settle for explornet service, you cannot use online auctions, cannot download videos to the speed of video. I recently switched to Sasktel billing and got charged more rather than less. The Sasktel billing involved an added 3 years contract. I am waiting for the new g broadband.
