      Claude sounds like a bitter man.

      Claude doesn't like to point fingers but than
      blames the WGEA for 3/4 of his speech??

      He is also against competition and inter-switching
      but says many times that CN can't do any better
      than they did this year.

          Maybe CN can't do any better because the staff
          is all laid off and the engines and cars are
          missing. Probably maintenance crew is depleted
          too. Go figure!
