      as expected the gov. did lots of nothing.
      the pathetic fines and to end up not paying a cent.
      it cost each farmer 100s of thousands and the railroads are off the hook
      so sick it's almost funny

          Had expected more farmer response on CTA review.
          Most, so far, is rehash of established and predictable policy position by organizations.
          Think railways have a point about working Sundays and holidays while others do not.
