    Land taxes on such land may be 1000 a year also, does some dumb renter pay that also? also interested to know who this ontario person is. Heard of an Ontario person buying land here but never actually been here and soon to be dealing with drainage issues with the locals, strange about never been here but buy land here. Instead of Gods are crazy one should make a movie about investment land buyers are crazy.

      I never heard of renters paying land taxes 5 years ago. Seems its the way its done now from what I hear.
