    Pulses for human consumption

    Does anyone have human consumption peas?
    In our area we are seeing a lot of bleached and sprouting as well as a lot of splitting in yellow peas. Very poor quality. I am wondering why no one is paying top dollar for what is out there?

      What do you consider "top dollar"? I expect that we have already climbed to the landed price of peas in europe, where the "humans" go, and this is the "top dollar"
