Why won't Youtube play, I would like help.

A couple threads down I tried to post YouTube videos, copy and pasted the link into the pretty box that came up, after clicking the "film strip" on the posting page. Although the image of the video is shown, it doesn't seem clickable and won't play. Noticed that you say "short YouTube videos", so I tried videos with shorter time length neither of them played. Up to what length is still considered a Short video?

Why won't they play, how can I get them to play???

P.S. What has changed when it comes to posting hot links, I used to post hotlinks all the time on Old Agri using the following method;

It seems that you're doing everything correctly. What browser are you using?
Just make sure you're using the the url of the youtube video which should be in this format:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ouL1IY7bjNQ
(don't use the embedded link)
And there should only be 1 video posted per thread (there seems to be a conflict when more than one video is posted to a thread).

Short videos should generally be anything under 10min.

From your desktop, to add a link click the "link" icon then copy and paste the url into the pop-up box.
Adding a hotlink is not enabled on mobile.

OKay, looks like I have the hotlink method down, now to work on youtube vids.
