Conserva Pak goes Green

Just heard that JD bought conserva pak. As a owner I have mixed feelings, liked dealing with personal company but will like getting parts next door. Be interesting to see what happens to manufacturing, changes in design, PRICE and trade values. Any thoughts or other info?

I sure hope the high paid green engineers/bean counters don't screw up a good thing. I don't like the prospect of paying higher prices for parts. It's sad that good companies like this get bought out.
