We leave intensive threshing segments in for all crops. In cereal we run the cylinder tight and try to get it all done the first time through that way you can tighten up the lower sieve. We also typically use much more wind than they call for. Make sure your wind board settings are consistent with the book. The 760 will have different air system and no board to adjust. In canola we run in high range and use lots of fan speed.

The big difference between for us though is that hot and dry is not the typical scenario lol and that will obviously make a difference.

No real difference in sample quality between the 760 and 670 in our case anyway

We have 670's and one 760TT. While the 760 is a bigger machine especially in wheat, capacity not as much more in peas and canola in good thrashing conditions as cleaning area still large and hp requirements less.

Tracks was the only option at purchase time. We do have issues getting good sample out of 670

Great pictures and blue sky and dry is what I dream of. The tracks on one combine is that for wet fields or just helps with compaction?

farmaholic thats it what you saw two 40ft.
24,500 acres to strip but we had hail 2500 off.
Got one freind harvests 20,000 acres with one machine lower yielding abd drier country gets her done though.

We can call in the cavalry if need be plenty of freinds and neighbours finish in about 2 to 3 weeks and offer there services.

If mother bin ever gets here and perfect weather and no transport hold ups 24 hours a day is possible at times, stop to piss shit eat.grease, and refuel and change drivers but reality its 16 to 18 hours a day dewy mornings rain not enough trucks hold ups at elevator etc etc alas im not in the utopia off western canada.

ps pic 8 and 9 land is rented for $20 per acre and looks like its going to yield somewere around 2.5t to may be 3tha and achieving malt at moment. So you can see why its hard yakka farming in australia. Historic yield around 2t we dont get massive yield like you guys climatic and poorer soil.

In the Pull type combine thread you mentioned your aim is to harvest 200-300 hectares per day.... how many combines do you have in the field? In my books that's alot of ground to cover.
