    hp required for spoon openers

    What hp is needed for 2" spoon openers in min-till operations? Black soil zone, heavy level land, nh3 banded previously, 4.5-5mph , 2 inches deep max. thanks

    I am assuming 8 inch spacing so I would say 6 hp per foot would be enough.
