Nova Scotia producers are anticipating increasing environmental regulations to be implemented in the not so distant future, requiring each farm to have an environmental farm plan, including a nutrient management plan. I was wondering what percentage of farms in the Maritimes presently have a nutrient management plan and how other farms in the country, where these regulations are already implemented, have managed.
