I am looking to hire seasonal help and unsure what is being paid in the industry now that so many high paying jobs in other sectors are disappearing.Anyone have any suggestions and info?

This is a tough question and very dependent on your needs and the local employment markets. If you want to check some articles on HR and get a feel for some jobs in agriculture, you might want to check out the www.agcareers.com site and read the articles posted there.
The employment market has soften quite a lot over the past 6 months but it is still a real challenge to find and hire good help.
