Burning Straw for heat, power, fertilizer?

I recently came upon an interesting web site www.vidir.com where this company is selling a straw burning heating device. They claim 7,000,000 btu's per bale. I am personally not interested in this amount of heat but is there a way you could produce electrical power? Just another thought how about a small scale fertilizer plant? Good? Stupid? let me know!

The coolest unit for small scale fertilizer production is a bio-converter that turns grass into nutrient rich material that can be spread on the soil or injected directly into the soil, not only is it natural it also increases soil tilth and vitality.

My favorite part is the way they self replicate!

While it is April 1 - I am not really foolin!
