    Who is good ag bank

    I am having trouble dealing with my bank. was wondering who is a good bank to deal with and understands agriculture. iI am in Alberta. Thank you

    AFSC is great for the lending side of things. No one else can touch their rates or service. As far as a day to day bank good luck. I deal at ATB and they talk the talk but definitely dont walk the walk.

      I'll agree with the AFSC for the loans.

      As far as understanding agriculture...none of them do. Dollars and cents is all they know...that is what banks are for...money handlers at a profit. The profit comes from sticking it to YOU for service charges of every description.

      The only way to beat 'em is to live to the age of 65 and then they waive most of the fees.

        Depends what you want....if you want ag loans...I would talk to Farm Credit Canada....understand farming.
