Yup, Sierra club has some good condensed info.

This imi is used in Gaucho 480 along with carbathiin and thiram and is legally only available to commercial seed treaters.

Is it a fact that Imidacloprid is available only to commercial seed treaters because the chemical company will only sell it to commercial seed treaters, and it is not illegal to sell to farmers, rather it is not within the fiscal agenda of the chemical company?

PMRA hs registered the product with commmercial treater status only and the on farm data testing was not done hence it is illegal to do on the farm because you may hurt yourself and then sue the company.
