This one is from Lee Melvill, Marketing Specialist Alberta Ag http://www.agric.gov.ab.ca/newsletters/market_clippings/9812.html and this one from Saskatchewan Ag. http://www.agr.gov.sk.ca/saf/farmfact/cdc1297.htm From what I hear, Kabuli chickpeas, the larger one, may have more market opportunity. But you need the climate to grow it. If you can grow corn, you probably can grow chickpeas.
