    Lentil Seed Quality

I have the opportunity to purchase some reasonably priced Eston seed with good germ., and it tests 0 0 34% or free from disease except Aschochyta Should this be a concern .

Lance, I don't quite understand your question. What is the level of Ascochyta in the seed that you are going to purchase.

Trevor, I meant to say 3/4% aschochyta ancno anthracnose. That was the test results of the seed lot.

Lance, Many of our clients use 2% infection from Ascochyta as a maximum level for the purchase of seed. If you go by that guideline the seed should be fine.
