    what are the chemical methods used for the control of phalaris minor in your area.

    Phalaris minor, or littleseed canarygrass is not a weed in this area. We do have cultivated canaryseed, Phalaris canariensis, but it has not escaped to create weed situations to my knowledge. The annual canarygrasses are susceptible to carryover of pre-emergent herbicides like trifluralin in canola or peas so those herbicides could be a control measure.
