    Aster yellows

    Noticed in a neighbors field yesterday.

    Stems look clean from other disease. He sprayed something on it.

    If it's noticeable from the road....how much loss should he expect?

      Count plants in a square foot that are infected... vs healthy plants.


      Asters in MB took canola yield from the 40s to the teens very quickly.

          They're everywhere in the country. Some fields have a few and some have none I can find. One field I found a few but I don't think it's a big concern like 2012.
