Lots of plant material but not many flowers on the lentils.
Need some warm weather to get lentils to flower more.

Why we can not grow lentils in cool wet places. How does that height compare to usual growth?

What variety is that? 17" seems pretty tall to me.

They are CDC Dazil red lentils

We have had Dazils 17 inches tall in the past
Last year in they were only about 8 inches tall and once they were desicated they shrunk down to less than 5 inches

Lentils like warm weather and not a bunch of rain.

Really need hot and dry for a couple of weeks. Jagfarms, they look pretty nice but looks don't always make a big crop, but sometimes it does. Good Luck

Ours are staying Wet all day long with the humidity. I am expecting a mouldy mess. Maybe you are a little drier up your way
