    Pod Seal

    Just wondering what you guys think of Pod
    Seal. Don't know a whole lot about it.

      I've read that it is a waste of money. A variety like Invigor 5440, that doesn't shatter easily, does more good than pod seal. Just what I've read,. Never tried it.

          By and large a waste of money. I did a replicated trial 4 years ago. On one field there was no difference to swathed canola. On the other field, we got rained out just as we were going to start the Pod Seal plots. It was 9 days before we got back to them. In the mean time there was wind and rain. The diff to swathed was 22 bus/ac less than swathed. I just think there is way to much risk to depend on a product like that.
