    DKL 34 -55 sold out?
    DKL 32 -35 $3.20/lb DKL 35 -85 $3.45/lb Are these fair prices or can it be bought cheaper alse where. Also has anyone grown these varieties & what did you think of them.

      Yes, I have grown 34-55. It yields quite well,and doesn't rip the combine apart. As for pricing,the costs you mentioned are pretty standard. They do have their seed and pay next fall program on.
      As for the other varieties 35-85 is a very good yielder,except it is a long season canola.
      35-25 is one to stay away from it just has not faired well. As one farmer put it the canola looks like 35bu only runs 25bu. Hope this helps.

        Sorry forgot to mention 32-35. It is good canola short season real easy to swath. and no 34-55 is not sold out. DeKalb has gobs of it.

          Bought some 34-55 a short time ago (in cetral Alberta) and our seed supplier felt 34-55 would be available until spring.As it's getting to be an older variety that had a lot carry over seed from the year before. Check around with a few more suppliers to see what's going on.
