    BEST/Foliars/Ag-Guy

Just wondering how everything is looking
as harvest approaches? Anybody that did
trials please let us know whether it was
    good bad or no difference.

    %20products%20brochure.pdf

The above brochure looks like it has all
    the products Darren is/was selling?
    Seed primers, pH adjusters, Fertility
    enhancers etc.

We (I) chewed on the salesmen pretty
good but Darren/Ag-Guy said foliars wont
    be accepted untill conventional
retailers start pushing them. I may
have to eat crow because in the Producer
it looks like they are starting to show
    up in trials.

Sorry I dont know how to do hotlinks so
you will have to cut and paste.

I used alot of foliars this year of all different types and flavors. Didn't notice any difference swathing. I should know in a couple of weeks on the yield but definately not a silver bullet.

On peas we have seen this -
8 bus/ac adv with Dynagrow - been using it for five years now on every ac.
BEST vrs dynagrow this year - within a bus and no folliar 9 bus less.
Have not got into the Canola and wht trials yet with BEST.
Big gains with fungicide in canola and peas. Up to 10 bus on the peas and a 7 bus gain in a feild of canola. Huge difference in sclerotina in canola when swathed. Did 8 more feilds with Lance, left a 20-40ac strip in each feild and kickin my but I left any. But that was this year, next year? The 45S51 and 45S52 look very solid, very little sclerotina at all and standing very good. Some varities are going down bad with heavy sclerotina pressure.
