    Grain storage

I am looking for info on safe high temperature of stored barley & wheat with a moisture content below 13%.

Moisture below 13% is not considered a serious problem at most temperatures. I checked through some of my literature and it appears a temperature between 20 and 25C (@ 13% moisture) would take it from safe long-term storage to 150-240 days of safe storage. I'd probably be more concerned about moisture migration where fluctuating outside temperatures could cause moisture condensation and migration up the middle of the bin. Watch and probe the centre of the bin for potential grain spoilage. Taking a load or two out can remove some of the grain collecting excess moisture and will give you an idea of the bin status.
