Heard about the iphone...can you get one that works?

I have a friend in the us that has one and loves it....next time I am in the city I will see if they work in AB.

Anyone have any experience and are they worthy of the hype?

A question along the same lines. What can a Blackberry do and how expensive is it to do it. I still use a cell phone and computer to gather info and communicate.

I'm sending this from my iPhone right now as I
combine in Alberta. I really like it. I had a
different smartphone before this it worked good
also. Actually telus has a faster data connection
then Rogers which is who has the iPhone but the
iPhone does have a wifi connection and Rogers
does have a faster connection in the large cities
so hopefully they upgrade the whole province in
the future. You can't go wrong with getting some
type of smartphone. They let you be current on
the markets, your email, websites like this one.
Plus you can make notes with one so no more
looking for a pen and paper. I have a metric
converter app on mine which comes in real
handy at spraying and the list goes on and on. I
will never be without one. Hope this helps.

I have a Blackbery and really get messed up if I forget it when leaving the house now. I need the cell phone but use the email alot and have started going to websites when I need info.

telus is comming out with the iphone as well. i have a blackberry and it does more then i need. i wish telus had the iphone when i signed up. As well rogers just doesn't get the coverage around saskatoon.
