information and packaging

I work for the provincial department of agriculture and I have been asked to provide some input on how we should be packaging and delivering our information. My question to Agri-ville members is how do you want information packaged? In the next 5-10 years do we need it to be electronic, instant, or do you want to recieve it in its current form? print, multimedia, inperson?

I would like to see all Government Ag Info available online as well as in the formats we presently get.
