    Harvest Help?

Just had a hired man quit today, so we're going to be a man short at harvest.

Anyone know of anyone looking for a farming job?
Ideally someone with a farm background, 1A license and mechanically inclined

or does anyone know of a good place to start looking?
    Thanks guys

How do you determine the bonus?
Is it a set amount retention bonus?
a % of net profit? or something else

Does anyone do benifits like health or dental?

We are at $15-$19 plus housing and meals for the better guys plus we can find them work in Aussie and have bought plane tickets in the past.

Good luck Norton my brother in law found a family recently through an add in the producer he had three replies in first week it ran

The bonus comes from not a set rate of profit of the farm but more like a guestimate of grain in bin, price of grain, how well they work which at the moment they are the best, how well we work together and how they work with each other the boss of course must be able to work along side. I am easy to get along with I just want the job done in the end I am not concerned so much if it takes more time. They will get some rate of bonus no matter I lose my crop this year. Profit in the last few years helps in that also. They much deserve it I think they are here when I need them. I like to think I should pay them 5 dollar bonus anyway. Oh and to clear up I am not like the nieghbour that hired a guy for truck driving and only paid him for the time that he was actually driving the truck at harvest hahahaha.
