    Does anyone one know if this is still grown anywhere? just trying to settle an argument.

      Yes it is still being grown. I have a friend that grows it. Around here we just call it yellow flax, although it still is linola. There is a small company in Kamsack Sask. that contracts it I know.

          It was a UGG/Agricore United crop that they dropped before the Viterra buyout. Just a few scattered acres now.
