    Desiccating lentils

The lentils have sure turned around here I think we
will start desiccating late next week. Not sure if they
will amount to much but we will soon see.

SF3 the rain and cool weather helped us. It was cool when the lentils and peas were flowering and the rain came at a good time. 5 weeks ago I was not sure if we would be combining some of our lentils they looked so bad. They are looking not to bad now. 20 miles south west of us there was more rain and they have some of best crops I have ever seen around there. Most of our land is north of highway 32 and most of the rain here this year did not make it north of highway 32 and even less rain was north of the South Sask river. The summerfollow crops are looking pretty good around here. The stubble pulses are not to bad and any other stubble crops are a not very good at all. I am not expecting to much from the lentils and peas and would be very suprised if they go over 15bu acre.
