    Wow. Just Wow.

    I can't believe it. That's drama right there.

    How much did it cost Miller Farm Eq. to sue this person?

    Probably alot more than $7500.

      One would almost think that internal policy or external insurance was forcing that situation to trial, and the dealer had no choice. Lack of a meeting of the minds in communication and paper work sure created a gong show. What a lose-lose that was for all parties.

        Wow...alot of bad publicity for that dealership. They shoulda never sent that tractor out. Engine sounded bad when they unloaded it and fluid was leaking from it at the same time. Musta been doing it when they loaded it to. Farmer shoulda never bought it with out seeing/hearing it. I bought something once witout seeing it....was a mistake.
