When higher prices fail to empty farmer's bins, lower prices surely will !!!

I'll NEVER forget hearing a grain trader from Winnipeg on the radio one day( a couple years ago), saying that prices have been going up and up, and the "market" been offering more and more, but farmers are still reluctant to sell.....so the only other way to get canola out of the bin was to lower prices, as that will cause farmers to start selling! AND SO IT DID ! It all played out, just as he said it would.

Also more farmers are finishing seeding and their time is alowing for deliveries. Hold on it will be back up within three to four weeks. Soyabeans got no were to go but up in the short term.

Totally agree furrowtickler, soybeans are on the verge of being gone in the US which will have it's pull on canola as well. Also in talking with my advisor at Ag-Chieve and some others in the industry, they don't see there being a 2.6 MMT carryout like Agriculture Canada is saying either. Some grain buyers are actually putting it down as low as 1.4 MMT
