No mud on the boots!!!

Walked out into my pea feild this moring and it is stiff as a board. Froze about 1/2 to 1 inch down, this can not be good. Peas in the furrow not froze yet but I have little experience with this. Peas are 1 1/2 in deep sprouted but not up. Might have fire up the cleaner again! How long before damage can be seen , 3-4 days?

I would think that as long as the frost did not reach the growing tip of the plant you should be ok ( until next week)
