    Deere Comes in a winner!

Well the meeting with Deere went well, Really well. They honored their part of the deal following the Saskatchewan Law for Break downs and loss of equipment usage.
Now the Dealer is suppose to match the amount Deere gave.
    We will see.

Good to hear you have gotten satisfaction to some extent with Deere. Mine was: Thank you for returning your Product & Delivery survey. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts regarding the engineering and performance aspects of your equipment as well as your product delivery experience. The information that you have provided has been shared with the product engineering groups at the factory, marketing personnel at the branch, and your dealer as appropriate. In this way the voice of our customers can get directly to those who can best make timely improvements to meet your needs. Again, thanks for your business and welcome to the John Deere Experience. Sincerely, John Deere Company. The survey form was sent in with the single comment that if their cab was sealed there wouldn't be a JD mouse in it. Why is there such a problem with manufacturers keeping little critters out of the cockpit? And it's not just a green problem.

I have never had a mouse in any John Deere product. Only grain trucks and a New Holland TJ425, because of the improper sealing of a wiring harness for our air seeder.
