      A CBC "documentary" on water should be taken with a generous pinch of salt. I didn't listen to their story, but I can imagine what it was. Complete with lots of 'experts' to back up the story they want to tell. Their sensationalism and biases make them a combination National Enquirer/Pravda.

      They also predicted - maybe still are - mass starvation and world-wide proverty because of bio-fuels.

      People with the real knowledge don't waste their time on the CBC.

              I worked on a farm one winter near Griffith NSW dry land 10,000 acres they barely made a living. On the irrigated land growing anything from rice to fruit trees some of them 10,000 acre farms had some major operations going.
