    Shortages showing up in U.S. Will they embargo diesel sales? Canada buys diesel from U.S.

      Shortage on the left coast?
      They rely an Asia for distillate products since they shut down 2 of their largest refineries.
      They don't need them anymore because they are going to EV's.

      SK is an exporter, mostly to Coops in Manitoba and Alberta.
      Irvine Oil on the east coast has an XL refinery that sends 80% to the US east coast.
      BC has 2 very small refineries that produce about 30% of their use.

      Refineries are the original NIMBY target.

          I doubt that Saskatchewan or Alberta would have a problem with diesel, both halving refineries. Eastern Canada and BC could possibly face shortages.
