    Lamb here $11.90 Beef $7.10 dressed weight presume beef a tad higher in usa/canada,
    US carcass weight includes internal fat (Kidney, Pelvic, and Heart fat), whereas Australia trims this off due to our strict aus meat standards. Preffered supermarket weights 400 kg to 550 kg live
