Ugly weather coming. Swift area just hit with hail. Going to be a noisy night. It just never ends.

After debating for 3 days and no rain in forecast for almost 10 days, We put the skinny tires on the sprayer today.
When we finished I said now we will get an inch of rain tonight!!!!!
I do not think we will get that much but it has come down pretty good for a couple minutes twice already in the last 20 minutes, and radar has orange to dark green moving over us for another hour.
Some good lightning and wind gusts as well, hoping nothing violent!
Fields were just firming up and some puddles had almost soaked away.
Sloughs are full and low ground that was seeded through still has water laying.

My cowpoke neighbor started cutting hay today. Guaranteed, we're gonna get a bunch of rain now.

The late seeded canola is going to be a small crop around here. Early looks good but not late seeded. Those hot winds when it was germinating fried the seedlings as they poked their noses out.
