With TACO as POTUS it "will never end". as Iran has figured him out from the get go.

Trump's latest move is to give the American citizen's a break at the pump by cutting the Federal gas tax by 18.4 cents per gallon, and 24.4 cents per gallon on diesel after both have increased by 50% since Feb 28/2026.

No doubt Trump's war with Iran is "net beneficial" to all American's. Fuel prices for the American people have increased by 50% per gallon, the USA government spents billions on a war it can't win while taking in less revenue, and the USA deficit continues to increase.

Any mention of Putin's genocide on Ukrainians and they all wake up on Agriville with posts and "Likes" but when it comes to Trump's war not a single post regarding to what it's done to Fuel and Fertilizer prices and our bottom line, peep, peep, peep.

Continue to Save Face guys, the price inceases are a easier pill to swallow.

        .

Out of curiosity forage, do you lose money every year by buying more inputs than what you sell as production?
I just ran the numbers of what this does to our bottom life on our farm, based on memory of last year's values

Since before the around war, canola and wheat futures are up over 20%.

By far our biggest expense is fertilizer. Urea is up 50% since then, and roughly 50% of the blends, that would be that increase is 3.6% of our gross revenue. Fuel a distant third or fourth place for expenses, but up significantly more, works out to 2.2% of our gross revenues. All other energy related expenses are a rounding error compared to those two.

So while the price of what we sell has gone up by over 20%, our expenses have gone up by less than 6%.

I would call that net beneficial.

Same time royalties to our governments have gone up, jobs in the only industries that pay the bills in this country are increasing, tax revenues from and these industries is increasing.
