    2" vs 3" chem handlers

Presently have a 2" chemhandler to fill 1200G sprayer.
We fill sprayer about half full and then use batch tank and tote suction with meter to fill sprayer.
If we switch to 3", do you have enough time to mix when filling or do you need to premix?

If everything is ready it should not be a problem.

I am using a 3" to fill a 750 gallon spray tank. It is doable, make sure everything is lined up ready to go before you start and don't lallygag once you do.

        Chemhandler IV, 1000gal sprayer.
Pump runs all the time but we idle it back while mixing.
On a one product batch, enough time to pump next batch in handler with pump on full.
From memory, a 3" pump roughly a cube a minute depending on make.

Yes. Go to 3in idle when you need time to mix and give er on easy to mix like fungicide.

          Saves tonnes of time.

Sometimes I feel so backward and old-fashioned. I'm still using imperial units like acres and pounds gallons. Meanwhile some progressive people are using metric units of time.
