    The reality is that Eastern Canada despises the West just as much as they despise America because of jealousy. They are too daft to realize that their quality of life hinges on the success of others.

      What is your complaint about the commissions? Be specific.

      I look at Sask Wheat for instance, we know varietal development in wheat returns 33:1 and the goal( largely achieved) is to spend 80% of checkoff on research. Governance is below 15%. We also can believe, based on surveys of large ag input corps in Australia, that their shareholders retain 90% of profit and only re-invest 10%.
