Anyone deal with these clowns? 50 cent a bushel below local bids are insulting. I blocked the number now call on a new one.

Dealt with them in the past , but I have the same beef with them you do. Always a lower bid.

JGL moves a pile of grain and can be good option.
Haven’t used a broker in a long time though, have found the local elevators are priced accordingly and I stay within 100km radius of home.

Drove a truck hauling for them for a short spell in the mid 80s. Doesn't sound like much has changed.

I have used them in the past. With mixed results.
Started calling me relentlessly this fall. With prices far below the market. And even obtaining those prices was a lengthy and painful process. I finally quit answering.

How these guys find enough grain is a wonder to me.

They obviously must follow you on Agriville.

                  I don't get the joke.
                  Care to elaborate?
Or do you have anything to contribute to a marketing thread?

I've dealt with them in the past. They used to have good buyers, but all the good ones seem to have moved on to Lyft commodities. It always seemed they were trying to talk me down in price instead of trying to talk the buyers up.

I also had problems with them when I sold them flax. Was going to the states and the buyer rejected them because the price went from $32/bu that I had sold them for to $18 over the summer. They wouldn't stand up for me, when everyone else graded them a #1, and the buyer rejected because of quality, but the real reason was price. I know they are brokerage, but they still have to honour their contracts. I will never deal with them again.
