    November was .1512 c/kwh for 2355 kwh consumption. I had locked in my generation portion a couple of years ago at .0689 per kwh. Winter is cheaper for me than summer due to higher consumption(cattle waterers) and this reduces what the transmission and distribution costs per kwh.
