For sure they will buy it a little bit at a time through their belt and road satellites.
Canola will be all gone next summer but at the discount China was working for.
They have a government department that studies how to cause disruption in commodities.
Not just grain.
Look what they are doing with nich market minerals and embargo oil?
They aren't evil and stupid.
They are making our governments look like puppets.
Like dealing with meat packers.
