    This year’s corn harvest is starting earlier than expected, but not for the right reasons. Farmers across iowa are seeing yield losses caused by corn rust, a disease that spreads quickly and weakens the crop.

      Are you paying attention USDA? Would be nice if they hadn't blasted the big crop everywhere bs already. Experience tells us that there are always problems somewhere and July is a long time before the bin so predicting record yields that early is highly irresponsible.

          There is some significant frost damage on soybeans , is that talked about yet or not till combines roll ?

              If there is frost in soybeans, wouldn’t there be frost in the corn too? Wouldn’t it hurt yields? Any corn around here last week got totally smoked with 2-3 degrees of frost for only 6 hours.
