    Winners and losers.

Canadian potash does not have tariffs on it going into US. US has tariffs on all other sources of potash.
Canadian govt has amassed a large sum of money due to tariffs it has collected. Still has $660 million carbon tax dollars to rebate.

    neighbours test
biological system for lentils 45 bus/acre
high input synthetic conventional way 35 bushel/acre.
will be interesting to see how soil test turn out.

    Thats interesting.

to be honest with legumes requiring less fert than most other crops.. i would expect we see a bigger " punch" out of biologicals on them vs a biological program on a heavy fert utilizer like wheat or canola.

There is absolutely 100% something to some of these biological programs and products... but now it sure seems that with so many products hitting the market ( look at all the different humic acids for instance) that it's difficult to wadd thru the garbage snake oil and the viable products.

    Super interested to hear results.

Agree , one is going to have to sift through the pile but there definitely is going to be some that will be very beneficial

Hard to compare. Same system here, I guess it is called high input synthetic range from 27bu/ac to 50bu/ac. More acres of the latter by far. Red lentils.
