""""""China on Tuesday announced a preliminary anti-dumping duty on Canadian canola imports — a fresh escalation in a yearlong trade dispute that began with Ottawa's imposition of tariffs on Chinese electric vehicle imports (http://cbc.ca/1.7338087) last August.
The provisional rate will be set at 75.8 per cent, effective from Thursday, the statement said."""""
?Can someone explain how watching EVs correlates to grain production, other than politically expediency.
The conservative MPs in canola country better wake TF up, because they have been complicit in their silence.

I think the government should be addressing this issue the same way they supported C202 , the steel industry, the auto industry, the protections on supply management and the way they put $50 billion into the EV industry that has bankruptcies on a regular basis.
Where did that money go?
