    earthquake questions

is an earthquake caused by climate change? Just wondering it's a bit of a sarcastic question.

But will the fallout of the quake affect the weather here eventually? That's a legitimate question.

That will cause a major roll in the ocean water and I am just wondering if it can change the weather going forward coming from the west coast.

Googled the question, lots of thought's but almost all pure speculation. IMO a major volcanic eruption or a Younger Dryas event will make global warming a none issue. Its all a question of when.

There is some speculation that planetary alignments can cause increases in volcanic/earthquake activity. Increased volcanoes are correlated with increased earthquakes and the volcanoes definitely do affect weather. Underwater volcanoes such as Hunga Tonga in 2022, which caused the temporary warming we experienced in 2022, through 2024. Or above ground volcanoes which cause extreme cooling events.

And there are many official sources that conclude there is no connection.

In other words, the science is settled...

I remember talk after 2011 Japan earthquake that it literally moved the earth on it's axis and may have had effect on climate. Not sure if fact or not!

Check out Stefan Burns on YouTube. He goes into great detail about how the sun and planets affect the earths weather, earthquakes, and volcanoes. I would be interested in some opinions on his findings.

Maybe , just maybe it’s normal earth , moon cycles for the past millennium or billions of years .
Slightly interrupted by solar cycles and now the huge weakening of earth magnetic poles ….
            Nahhhh
            its climate change lol

Earth’s magnetic poles have more to to with earths climate change than any carbon b/s
strangely a fact that gets 100.% ignored

Everytime the earth has warmed in history, carbon follows

                just an ignored fact

ice core data don’t lie , media does

Sadly a lot of scientist don’t follow the science. Just the money

Now that the destroyers, trudeau/Tait are gone from CBC, the new CEO Bouchard has a mammoth job ahead of her trying to regain trust with Canadians.
                    It will take years.
