This Canadian farm economy is totally ****ed, equipment prices way beyond what production will support. Have a NH tractor getting fixed, asked the salesman about the row of balers sitting out front that nobody is buying (because nothing growing in this 5 year drought). He said they were $103k, but they are just putting their orders in for next years stock and the price is going to be $139k. For a fricken round baler.
Talk about 'Barriers to entry'. It's one thing to have existing equipment and land and keep going. It's quite another to have a couple of million cash and
    bank loans to get started.?

On the combine forum I linked a long Agtalk thread discussing Green Lightning. That thread didn't go well for Green Lightning. I just looked for it to quote it for you. It's removed. GONE. Hmm. Interesting. I was an engineer before I bought the farm from my father. There is no way that you can produce nitrogen on a 15 amp circuit. NONE! I don't mean to insult but do you have one of those stainless nitrogen injecting tractor muffler to air seeder fans in your crowbar hill pile? Barn full of pigeon kings? These ****!ng charlatans have been farming farmers for too long!

Yes, same company I bought from last fall.
I never got any other quotes.
That's about 23% higher than last year....
          Maybe it's still too early.

$139K for a NH round baler. What are they smoking? Guess we are just going to have to make another round with the $5600 JD 535 again. It is being pulled by a 1965 JD 4020. Machinery prices have a long way down to go. Did not buy a single part for that baler last year (one home made repair) but only do a couple hundred bales a year.

Not if but when it doesn't work please tell everybody. Don't be ashamed to have been scammed by these people. They are slick and who would turn down nitrogen at 6 cents a pound. When you don't see any ****ing difference from that green lightning and plain water tell everybody. I can't believe they've gone another year with more buyers.

I don't sell fertizer. I just hate seeing my fellow farmer getting scammed.

Couple year from now we'll meet at ag in motion and you'll say 'yah that green lightning stuff didn't work." I'll say "Yeah I almost invested in Genesis fertilizer' and we'll have a beer and talk about how we're both getting ****ed by Petro Can.

If I could link to the test it was revealed that green lightning water tested the same nitrogen levels as common tap water. "Oh it's not nitrogen in a form you can test for' LOL. Trust me bro.
