          There is a lot of what the govt has done gets forgotten. Federal govt has sky rocketed the cost of everything and lowered the price farmers receive for their product. What did Trudeau do on his world tours that helped farmers sell their commodities. For the resources this country has everyone should be paid well to live here. Short answer. For Subsidies no but when you look at govt performance how do you not say something.

            Stats Can Net farm income for 2024, by province:



            Here is the most concerning stat:

            Producers took on more debt, which drove up interest expenses. Farm debt rose 14.1 per cent in 2024 — the largest increase since 1981.

            Sask net farm income dropped to $3.585 billion, from $4.612 Billion. Still positive. Livestock values definitely helped that.
