The market doesn't seem to have the same opinion on the Iranians threats as the MSM.
Oil is down bigly with Brent off over $5 bbl at mid day.

90% of Iran’s oil exports goes to China at an $11 per barrel discount. Half of the oil revenues go to making payments on Chinese loans. Debt trap. Iran is a significant producer of strontium which is used in electronics and metallurgy. Iran imports most of its food. You know where the majority of this shit moves through? Granted there’s overland routes like Iran prides itself in but nothing compared to the capacity of water. Iran shoved out 8 million barrels worth of oil tankers into the ocean unpriced. Think the regime thought they were smart playing 4d chess, block off Hormuz and make a healthy profit on spec oil but markets not in their favour.

More important for Canada, we just signed on with the EU to combat climate change.
Carney thinks because he was happy with all the EU regulatory, DEI, and Climate Change initiatives that we must think that is the way.
He love his Europe with their highly regulated economies with 3 levels of government.
No need for any input from Canadians or Parliament.
He knows the New World Order is going to be better for us.
